Today I would like to thank my husband Greg. He got a new bike and gave me his other one so now we can go riding together. We went for our first ride tonight. So here are my thanks to Greg. Thank you for protecting my prostate (I need to switch out his “boy” seat for a “girl” seat but in the meantime my prostate is good to go! Thank you for making my tailbones hurt (I’m not sure having a “girl” seat will make this any better). Thank you for making my legs hurt (I can’t remember the last time I rode a bike). More importantly, and sincerely, thank you for being a great partner in life that always takes my for fun journeys (and gets me off my ass!)

The meaning behind my 365 Thank Yous:
I saw an interview of John Kralik on a talk show where he spoke about turning around his life from a very low point to a very high point by sending out simple thank you notes. He sent one thank you note each day (365 days was his original goal) to people for their simple acts of kindness in his every day life. This is my homage to him and my attempt at being thankful for the simple and caring things in my life. You can use the link below to get your own copy. I know you will enjoy it as much as I have.
